MATERIALS NEEDED
Foam Roller
This should be medium density. Stay away from knobby foam rollers.
Lacrosse Ball
The only ball that will be truly effective for eliminating PF.
Rolling Pin
A wooden french rolling pin without handles works best.
OPTIONAL MATERIALS
Weight Plate
A weight plate is ideal but most large heavy objects (like a large cast iron skillet) will suffice.
Armless Chair
An armless chair with moderate cushioning is ideal but makeshift substitutes will work.
Yoga Mat
A 1/2″ thick yoga mat is nice for the partner technique, but not an absolute.
