Description
As Abraham Lincoln said, “A lawyer’s time and advice are his stock in trade.” This CLE will discuss how to best use your time and advice to keep clients happy. It will cover all aspects of the client relationship from your initial meeting with a potential client to the conclusion of your representation of a client. While the presenters will share examples and experiences from their litigation practices, the tips and advice given should be helpful regardless of what practice area you are in.
