Description
SSA has issued revised regulations addressing medical source evidence and abolished the treating physician rule, among other key changes. SSA has also rescinded SSR 96-2p, SSR 96-5p, SSR 96-6p and SSR 06-03p. These changes are effective for all claims filed on or after March 27, 2017. This session will include an overview of these many changes impacting everyone who handles Social Security disability claims.
