Mr. Gracia has also been a frequent speaker on the subject of cross-examination of Medical Experts at social security hearings. He is admitted to practice in the US District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida as well as the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Tina Ehrenkaufer – spent her entire professional career with the Law Firm of Rue & Ziffra overseeing or handling social security disability cases. She has been an accredited non-attorney disability advocate since 2016. Prior to becoming a representative, she was the Senior Case Manager in the disability department of Rue & Ziffra for 15 years. Her combined experience handling cases as a case manager and representative has allowed Ms. Ehrenkaufer to work in over 3000 disability cases. In addition to representing claimants at hearings throughout the State of Florida and other states, she presently specializes in client hearing preparation. She also represents clients at the Appeal Council level. Ms. Ehrenkaufer is a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives and a sustaining member of NOSSCR.
