Description
Needs Assessment: “We’ve got to have a delicate balance of carefully and prudently going towards normality and opening up at the same time that we contain and not allow these surges.” — Dr. Anthony Stephen Fauci
The new ‘normal’ is here. As this fact sinks in, those of us in direct patient care need to focus our efforts with an intention for proficiency AND efficiency, to relearn and develop a new format and flow for office and hospital care. What does it mean to mix in a substantial load of telemedicine patients? How do we balance consumer expectations (instant doc on my phone) with our understanding of the standard of care? 2020 shifted the axis of the world, now we must find balance and GO FAST.
Program Objective: At the completion of this seminar, attendees will receive a review of different disease processes, new ways for workflow and format, using new tools at the point of care, to provide a new kind of care, and do it all efficiently: working smarter, not harder.
