About Dorsie: Dorsie Boddiford Kuni, daughter of real estate investor and national speaker Dyches Boddiford, has been a full-time real estate investor for the past 8 years. Dorsie finds, structures, purchases and renovates properties to sell and to rent. She has built up a nice rental and master lease portfolio while also heavily involved with lending through her own notes and through wrap lending with her father and other investors. She has written a home study course on the subject of Wrap Lending and along with Dyches and John, co-authored the book The Solo 401k: The Entrepreneur’s Guide to a Powerful Pension Plan.
